Perth Birds and Bush specialize in 5 to 9 hour private tours from the Perth metropolitan area. Tours provided include bird watching tours, wildflower tours and nature tours. All tours combine some time in the vehicle going from place to place and some time being guided in the bush, a wetland or other sites. Your guide is Robyn Pickering who has been bird watching for over 30 years and is an experienced bird guide. Robyn has been a BirdLife Western Australia excursion leader for 20 years and has owned and operated Perth Birds and Bush since 2016. Robyn has worked for BirdLife Australia as a project officer working on the Australasian Bittern Project and Carnaby’s Black-Cockatoo Recovery Project.

With previous experience in bush land rehabilitation and a love of wildflowers, Robyn would also love to show you many of the beautiful wildflowers found in the Perth area.

Perth Birds and Bush is accredited with the Tourism Council of Western Australia, has insurance and all relevant licenses for your peace of mind. In 2024 the business joined the Tourism Emissions Reduction Program and is making progress on reducing emissions from the business to increase the sustainability of the business and Tourism in Australia.
